1Licence

A Qepe licence is a year of Qepe: the full app, every update and support in that year, and AI credits on your Qepe account. The designs and machine files you make with Qepe are yours; the licence does not cover them.

Qepe comes with no warranty, to the extent the law allows. This does not limit any rights consumer law gives you that cannot be excluded.

2Open-source licences

Qepe is built on open-source software, among it the embroidery engine of Ink/Stitch (inkstitch.org), and is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later. The full licence texts come with Qepe (Help › Licences). This does not mean the Ink/Stitch project endorses Qepe.

Qepe includes other software and fonts, each under its own licence; every build lists them in Help › Licences. This website uses the typefaces Host Grotesk and Chivo Mono, both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, served from this site.

3Trademarks

Names and logos of embroidery machines, and the names of file formats, software and thread makers, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Qepe is not affiliated with them.
