This site sets no cookies and tracks nobody. Qepe keeps your designs on your computer. Here is exactly what goes where.
In short
- This website has no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party scripts. Its fonts are served from this site.
- Your designs and your customers’ artwork stay on your computer. Qepe sends them nowhere, unless you ask Qepe AI to work on a design.

1This website
The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It loads nothing from other companies.
2Your Qepe account
When you create an account we keep your e-mail address and a protected form of your password, or send you a one-time code by e-mail instead.
To run the trial and the licence we keep which computers your account uses (an identifier Qepe creates for each one, not your name or your files) and when Qepe last checked your licence. We use the IP address of sign-ups only to stop abuse.
For your AI credits we keep your balance and, for each AI action, what it was, when, and how many credits it used. We don’t keep the designs it worked on.
3Qepe, the app
Qepe works on your computer. It has no ads and doesn’t collect usage data about your designs. Besides signing in and checking your licence, it connects to us only for AI.
Qepe keeps unsaved changes as drafts in its own folder on your computer, so they survive a crash. Its log files stay on your computer and never hold designs, pictures or file names from your folders. Copy details puts versions and recent messages on your clipboard, only when you press it.
4Qepe AI
Qepe AI and AI Digitizing PRO are optional. When you use them, Qepe sends the design’s parts and settings, and pictures of its stitches and of the original artwork, to our server, which passes them to OpenAI to answer and returns the result. Qepe asks the service not to keep the conversation; it keeps requests for a short while as its own terms say. You can tell Qepe to keep the original artwork on your computer.
5When you write to us
We receive what you write and your e-mail address, and use them only to answer you and, if you buy Qepe, to provide what you bought. We keep e-mails as long as we need them for that and as the law requires for sales records.
6Your rights and who we are
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, and you can complain to your data-protection authority. Deleting your account ends your licence and credits.
